A layout in the FastSUITE is the digital twin of the system to be programmed. Ideally, the virtual image does not differ from the real world and contains all interference geometries, working volumes and parameters required for offline programming (OLP). Last but not least, the layout contains the current calibration data of the robot/machine.
As a 3D measurement service provider, we can provide our customers with even more comprehensive support. With our mobile measuring equipment, we are able to record the current situation at your site and then transfer the data obtained to the layout in the FastSUITE ourselves.
In addition, we support you with system measurement and adjustment at your site.
FastSUITE combines the programming of a wide variety of robots, machines (resources) and technologies in one interface. Cenit offers its customers a rich library of resources that can be used immediately, which can be quickly connected to their own layout in a drag and drop process and thus used.
Automatic collision detection and automated toolpath optimizations significantly reduce programming times. A reliable validation of the cycle time can be realized by connection to the real controllers (SIL, HIL). Programs can be retrieved directly from the robot with the onsite editor, changed and written back in a documented manner.
