For tactile measurement, we rely on column measuring machines from Zeiss, Wenzel and Stiefelmayer, among others. At our various locations, we perform both CNC and manual measurements. Our machine park, currently equipped with more than ten coordinate measuring machines, allows us to measure everything from small parts to complete vehicles. As measuring software we have in use:
We are glad to compare the coordinates obtained by the measurements to your CAD models and analyze the surface deviations for you. But we can also determine the form and position (GD&T) or the structure of geometric bodies. Furthermore, initial sample test reports as well as capability check (MFU / MGF / PFU) and evaluations according to Cp / Cpk are part of our daily work. You will receive individual protocols with your measurement results as PDF and in other individual formats.
The creation of measurement programs (offline programming) by us, is another business area and offers you, in addition to various time and cost-saving advantages, the use of synergies.
